Cardholders receive unlimited free admissions to City of Edmonton recreation facilities and a 75% discount on registered programs. Registrants of programs requiring extra materials can get 75% off the cost of these supplies. Edmontonians are eligible for a Leisure Access card if they are receiving AISH, Income Support, have an Alberta Child Health Benefit card, or an Alberta Works Health Benefit card, or if their income (as shown on their Notice of Assessment) is below the Low Income Cut-Off line.
